Wacky Days Photo-A-Day

For those of you that follow my Facebook page you might have noticed my “Wacky Day” photos I have been posting. I thought it would be fun to do my own Photo-a-day challenge and did you know that almost everyday has some sort of wacky name.

The idea started when I got my girls the Lalaloopsy: Ultimate Collectors Guide book. The book shows all the Lalaloopsy dolls and their stats, including their birthdays. Each doll’s birthday is born on one of the “Wacky Days”, such as the circus theme doll’s birthday is on National Popcorn Day, the doll with the penguin pet is on National Penguin Awareness Day and Scribbles Splatter Splash’s birthday is on Jackson Pollack’s birthday. Lilo was listing off all their birthdays on National Popcorn Day which was a perfect excuse to make popcorn and take a photo of it. The wacky days listed in the book inspired me to look for more. I found a few websites with lists of other fun days and I selected the ones I liked and made my own list. I saved the list on my phone wallpaper so I could look at it everyday and see if I could take a photo of it.
